It does not replace advice from a licensed real estate agent, lawyer, tax advisor, or financial planner. Always independently verify figures — including foreign-ownership rules — before making a purchase decision.

1. What Pradixium is

Pradixium (pradixium.com) generates property investment reports combining official government/public market data with an AI-assisted written analysis and a proprietary scoring model ("Pradixium Score™"). Coverage, data freshness, and accuracy vary by country — see each report for its specific sources.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Pradixium. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Payments, subscriptions, and trials

One-time report — $99.99. Unlocks one full analysis for a single property. No recurring charge.
Individual monthly — $29.99/month. Up to 3 property reports per monthly cycle. No trial. For occasional use without an annual commitment.
Annual subscription — $2,999.99/year. Unlimited reports for 12 months. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; your card is charged the full $2,999.99 automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Business — $299.99/month. For companies and institutions (banks, funds, agencies, and other regular investors) — unlimited reports, billed monthly, no trial.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost, from your account menu (Manage / Cancel Subscription) — the same number of steps it took to sign up. You can also contact cs@pradixium.com if you prefer.

3a. Personal use only outside the Business plan

The one-time report, individual monthly, and annual plans are licensed for your own personal investment decisions only. You may not resell, redistribute, white-label, or present Pradixium reports as your own work product to your clients, tenants, or customers, or otherwise use them in the course of operating a business. If you evaluate properties on behalf of others or as part of a company's services, the Business plan is required — it is the only plan that includes a license for that use, along with a branded, white-label report option. We may suspend accounts found to violate this section.

3b. Intellectual Property

Pradixium owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Pradixium website, its source code, design, data pipelines, the Pradixium Score™, Pradixium Reality Check™, Pradixium Deal Rating™, Pradixium NOI™, and all other software, content, and trademarks that make up the service (the "Service") — regardless of the tools, contractors, employees, or AI-assisted development tools used to build them. Where AI-assisted development tools were used, that work was carried out under Pradixium's direction and supervision, implementing Pradixium's own original product ideas and instructions, and no such tool acquires any ownership or license by having been used. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you. Purchasing a report or a subscription grants you only the limited license described in Sections 3 and 3a above to use the report you purchased for your own purposes; it grants no right whatsoever to the underlying Service, its source code, or its data pipeline.

4. Refunds

Because each report consumes real computing and data costs at the moment of purchase, one-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, contact us for a refund or a free retry. Subscription charges may be refunded at our discretion if requested within 48 hours of a renewal charge you did not intend.

5. Partner / referral program

Partners approved into our referral program earn commission (currently 20%, subject to change with notice) on purchases attributed to their referral code. Referral codes are issued manually and may be revoked for fraudulent or abusive referral activity (e.g., self-referrals, spam). Commission is paid out on terms communicated to each partner individually; this program is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or resell Pradixium's data or reports at scale, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent your identity when creating an account.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Pradixium is provided "as is." We work to keep our data sources accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any figure, benchmark, or foreign-ownership rule is complete, current, or error-free. Laws and market data change; always verify independently before relying on them for a financial decision.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pradixium and its team are not liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from decisions made using our reports or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting cs@pradixium.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified by email.
