Privacy Policy

Pradixium ("we", "us") operates pradixium.com and provides real estate investment analysis reports. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are located in the EU/EEA.

1. What we collect

2. Who we share it with

Supabase (database and account authentication, hosted in the EU — eu-west-1/Ireland)
Stripe (payment processing — Stripe's own privacy policy governs your card data)
Anthropic (Claude API — processes your property/market data to generate the written analysis in your report; not used to train Anthropic's models per their API terms)

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember: your language preference, an analysis reference counter, a referral code if you arrived via a partner link, and a temporary copy of your last report so it can be printed/saved as a PDF. None of this is shared with advertisers.

4. Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)

You can ask us at any time to:

See a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to or restrict certain processing

Contact cs@pradixium.com for any of the above — we respond within 30 days.

5. Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax/accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. International transfers

Because we use US-based service providers (Stripe, Anthropic), some data is processed outside the EU/EEA. These providers maintain their own GDPR-compliant safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

7. Children

Pradixium is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
